West Kentish Town

West Kentish Town

A West facing garden on two levels required low maintenance yet attractive planting scheme for a house recently converted into 3 flats.

The Clients have a love of ferns so for the upper garden we selected a variety of hardy evergreen shrubs and contemporary shade loving flowering plants along with a mix of ferns and and perennial grasses to give the garden interest throughout the seasons. A Beautiful multi stem prunus serrula was chosen as the feature tree.
The garden continues as a series of steps along the staircase to the lower level, where deep containers were filled with a range of ferns, hellebores and heucheras. The hard landscaping was chosen by the Architects.
