Abbotsbury Road

In this West London town garden the client wanted a new design to contrast and complement the recently completed contemporary extension. We designed a series of curvy beds filled with a soft overflowing planting scheme. In front of the new double height Crittall windows we planted a multi-stem river birch tree in a combination with a Japanese forest pansy tree, Miscanthus grass and Pittosporum golf balls. In other shady areas we used a mix of ferns, Hosta ‘Green Devon’ and a variety of hardy geraniums. Star jasmine was planted to cover the new larch fencing.
